This facility allows you to cancel your appointment online. Over 300 appointments per month are wasted because patients do not notify us that they will not attend. In order to make life easier for you, if you cancel your appointment online, we will call you back to rearrange your appointment if desired - this saves you from having to wait on the line when the phones are busy. We don't need to know the exact time, just the date and whether the appointment you wish to cancel is in the morning or afternoon. We don't even need to know the name of the doctor or nurse you will be seeing, we can work this out from the information you have supplied. The reception desk at the appropriate surgery is alerted immediately you submit your details.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the facility to make appointments online via this website yet (we are dependant on our clinical software system providers to develop this for us).
